Water scooter also known as personal water craft.In this type rider sits or stands on rather then inside of as in motor boat.
Mostly these are known by its brand name,for example Jet Ski is a brand name of Kawasaki and Wave Runner is a name of Yamaha.Both are leading motorcycle manufacturing companies.

A side car is a device attached with a motorcycle or a scooter.It is usually one wheeled so its convert into three wheel vehicle.It is different from tri motorcycle because it has no power it self but it is attached with rear wheel of motorcycle.
 Mostly side cars are without steering or handle and brake on wheel.It is use for extra passenger.In the history it was recognized as conman use vehicle,because it is cheap as compare to car.

It has many styles like open and enclosed cabin, bike style.It can also used as deliver van.If we saw in history many eurpion counties used in military and for police force.

But as my memory works i have never seen side car on the road it iis vehicle of sixteens. I don't know is it legal or not in world.

Scooter is a kind of motorcycle with solid frame and plate form for the operator's feet.As compare to motorcycle it has small wheel.Some features are diffrent from motorcycle like its has no chain like motorcycle and driving whell directly attached to rear axle.
It also has some storage box under the seat,and extra open space between handle and seat.Opposite to motorcycle its driving is little different its clutch and gear both operation in left hand and accelerator in right hand,while brake system at right foot like motorcycle.
Vespa is pioneer in the manufacturing in scooter after Yamaha,Honda.Now Chinese scooter also available in world wide.
